It's that special time of the year and we are excited at the opportunity to be a part of your Thanksgiving meal. Our team has put together a special menu that is sure to make everyone happy!

Our Chilled and ready for re-heat pick up option will be available for pick up on November 25th and 26th between the hours of 11am-3pm. Each chilled item will come packaged with re-heat instructions. **spaces are limited** Orders must be in by November 18th!

Our, *DAY OF*, hot and ready pick up option will be available for pick up on November 27th between the hours of 10am -12pm(Noon). This will allow our staff time to enjoy the holiday with their friends and family.
Note: Please adhere to the pickup time you chose upon placing your order so we can ensure efficient service for all of our customers.

Ultimate School of Barbecue – January 18th, 2026

The next class of 2026 will be a full day, 8:30am-5:30pm on Sunday January 18th. This class will be taught by our very own Barbecue Nerd, A.K.A, Christopher Prieto. This class will cover the following Menu: Brisket, Burnt Ends, Bone-in-Pork Chops, and Pulled Chicken.

Whether you are just getting started in BBQ or have years of experience, this is the class for you. We will cover all aspects from meat selection, seasoning profiles, prep process, and cook time/temps. We will also observe the cook in real time throughout the day with a feast to conclude.

Light Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Drinks, and Dinner Included
